All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for personalization. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, or Sunday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or the day after Thanksgiving.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Express delivery is available upon request for an additional charge. Please call 630-584-8050 for rates. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
All Illinois orders are subject to Illinois state tax.
North Pole Magic Inc. is not liable for any delay that is caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond our control.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We guarntee that our products are free from manufacturing defects and damege at time of shipment. Incorrect shipments, missing, defective or broken items must be reported to North Pole Magic Inc. within a period of seven days of receipt of your order. Upon receipt of damaged product, North Pole Magic Inc. will ship a replacement at no charge. This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through accident or misuse.
New unused merchandise may be exchanged at no charge within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returned merchandise must be in it's original package, unopened, and in the current catalog. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. All sales are final on personalized and food items. Sorry, North Pole Magic does not offer cash refunds.
